So I started this to help others. To start a conversation. Mental Health is always passed off as crazy and not looked at as a real thing. People are suffering in silence and hurting their selves and others. And you have to know you are not alone and you don't have to suffer in silence. The perception that everybody is so strong and can handle everything like your parents did is so false. I bet if you talk to your elders they let you in on a secrets they weren't that strong they cried, screamed, went crazy, suffered in silence. If I can help one person put that gun down or know there enough. Then maybe they can use their story to help the next soul. It doesn't care your status, who you think you are, what you accomplished if mentally you are struggling then I hope you have come to the right place. (smile) So Let's Talk... Are there things you are facing that you may not be able to deal with by yourself? Do you just need advice from Someone other than the people in your immediate circle? Do you feel OverWhelmed or Just having a tuff day and need help getting through it? Tell us about it. There's No judgement here, No any of that just Healing. Through God we can Accomplish anything.
